Ollie Oil- El Figueral's Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our region of Catalonia is believed to be one of the oldest olive oil producing area of Spain and produces high-quality olive oil that has two very distinct flavors defined by those produced from the areas near to the River Ebro and those from the airier, drier areas.

Ollie Oil is obtained from olives grown solely on our riverside finca (small Farm) from a blended of Morrut, Sevillenca and Arbequina olive varieties. The olives are cold pressed locally in our village of Benifallet to produce a smooth golden olive oil that has a fruity but almond taste, without bitterness but sweet and a little spicy.  Suitable for all forms of culinary adventure within main courses, dressings, and tapas.
